James is a chartered surveyor renowned for transforming ambitious ideas into realities. Specialising in project and development management, he has successfully led complex refurbishments and redevelopment initiatives from inception to completion. James founded Hollen, and subsequently co-founded Hollen+, elevating industry standards and bringing innovative solutions to the forefront.

Tom Galvin
Project Management, Partner
Tom is a chartered surveyor and project management expert. Starting at Bollingbrook in 2014, he earned his MRICS with Colliers and later joined Blackburn & Co, handling projects up to £120m. Tom has worked on major cut-and-carve and fit-outs across EMEA, including a 300,000 sq ft refurb in Prague. He’s all about managing tricky, multi-stakeholder projects and joined Hollen in 2020.

Project Manager
Siobhan is a project manager with global experience! She kicked off her career at Turner Construction in NYC, gaining 6 years of hands-on experience with everything from cut-and-carve redevelopments to CAT B fit-outs.
After delivering 1 million+ square feet at WeWork, she joined Hollen in 2021, managing complex projects with contract values up to £130m in the UK.

Project Manager
Harry earned his MSc in Real Estate from Henley Business School in 2023 and jumped right into action at Hollen as a Project Manager. He’s been busy delivering everything from Shell and Core to CAT A and CAT B projects for major clients like WPP, Revantage, and Bauer Media. Harry's handled offices, recording studios, warehouses, retail, and mixed-use projects across the UK, with budgets up to £7 million.

Laura is a chartered surveyor and joined Hollen as a Project Manager in June 2024, following her time at Montagu Evans. Laura is currently managing several CAT B office fit-out projects, overseeing them from the initial stages through to client handover. Laura is passionate about the process of transforming spaces and is committed to expanding her expertise in project management with each new challenge.
