How we do it…

  • Our unique approach establishes the most cost-effective solutions to improve energy efficiency and EPC ratings through detailed energy assessments.

    • Advanced building survey equipment is used to undertake detailed investigation into every building to ensure the baseline EPC is as high as possible, thereby minimising the costs of any improvements needed.

    • We have successfully achieved EPC B’s where previous assessments have been as low as EPC D, without works being undertaken.

    Our project management capability enables us to provide an integrated, fully managed EPC improvement service, guaranteeing landlords that the CAPEX they spend will result in the successful achievement of the target EPC.

  • We provide tailored, considered decarbonisation advice with the specific intention of maximising the value generated from building improvements, whilst simultaneously minimising costs, taking into account existing PPM's, service charge recoverability and deliverability of works.

    We assess each project individually and create design solutions aimed at achieving low-energy buildings, whilst optimising occupant comfort. This allows for a holistic approach to environmental design.

    We are experienced in Net Zero, M&E engineering, sustainability and ESG certification, whole lifecycle carbon, dynamic simulation modelling, air quality, acoustics, and daylight analysis.

  • We offer a full BREEAM service, from early stage advice, individual components and credits, all the way through to full delivery of BREEAM certification.

  • Used correctly, ESG accreditations can add significant benefit to occupiers, reduce the cost of debt and enhance capital value for Landlord's.

    We offer a free ESG consultancy service, to advise upon the most beneficial ESG accreditations for a building, and deliver all of the major ESG accreditations in the UK.
