Project management of £5m building upgrade package, encompassing refurbishment of entrance, reception, restaurant, creation of an occupier health suite, end of journey facilities, central plant replacement and BMS installation. The entire project was focused on improving the energy efficiency of the building and improving the EPC rating.

15,000 sq.ft CAT A refurbishment, including full M&E replacement.

Turn-key 3,000 sq.ft. CAT B tenant fit-out, including meeting rooms, offices, kitchen and roof terrace. Scope included low carbon design consultancy, lease compliance and energy efficiency optimisation.
