Project Management and Contract Administration of a full refurbishment of Novus, Cambridge on behalf of a private client. 

Refurbishment included re-cladding, new windows, solar PV to roof, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements, new LED lighting and internal decoration, EV chargers and end of journey active travel facilities.
