· Provide strategic input at pre-acquisition and due diligence stages
· Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers
· Act as primary client contact, building strong long-term relationships
· Chair project meetings, produce reports, and ensure key milestones are achieved
· Oversee design coordination, procurement, contractor engagement, and delivery
· Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal development and knowledge sharing
· Support new business activity through excellent service and referral opportunities

· Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management, or related field
· MRICS, MAPM or equivalent chartership preferred
· Confident leading client relationships and managing delivery teams
· Technically competent with a good understanding of commercial property, CAT A/B fit outs, and refurbishments
· Commercially aware, quality-driven, and organised under pressure
· A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
